How It's Traditionally Prepared
Mahaprasad is prepared in one of the world’s largest temple kitchens using traditional wood-fired clay ovens. Food is cooked in earthen pots stacked one above another, with the uppermost pot remarkably cooking first. Every stage of preparation follows strict ritualistic practices before the food is ceremonially offered to the deities
