About Odisha Parab

Odisha Parab is a flagship initiative of the Department of Tourism, Government of Odisha, conceived to take the essence of the State beyond its borders and into major urban centres across India.

The Ahmedabad edition brings together Odisha's diverse tourism offerings — ranging from ancient temples and Buddhist heritage sites to pristine beaches, wildlife sanctuaries, and eco-tourism destinations — alongside its living traditions of craft, cuisine, and performing arts.

Theme Pavilion — Experience Odisha

Step into an immersive showcase of Odisha's most iconic destinations and experiences. The Theme Pavilion presents interactive narratives on heritage, spirituality, nature, adventure, and sustainable tourism — from the temples of Bhubaneswar and Puri to the tranquil expanse of Chilika Lake and Odisha's emerging eco-retreats.

Live Craft Exhibition

Witness Odisha's centuries-old craftsmanship come alive through live demonstrations by master artisans. Explore handlooms, GI-tagged textiles, and iconic handicrafts — while watching artisans create applique work, weaving, wood carving, and other traditional crafts in real time.

Live Cuisine Zone

Experience Odisha through its flavours. The Live Cuisine Zone offers an authentic culinary journey featuring traditional Odia dishes prepared fresh by expert chefs. From Dalma to seafood delicacies and Odisha's iconic Rasagola, each dish reflects recipes rooted in tradition and regional pride.

Cultural Fiesta

Odisha's cultural soul unfolds on stage through a powerful line-up of classical, folk, and tribal performances. Each evening features curated presentations that celebrate rhythm, movement, storytelling, and martial traditions from across the State.

Stakeholder Engagement

A space for meaningful conversations — dedicated stakeholder interactions and informal engagements enable dialogue across G2B, G2G, and G2C platforms, fostering collaboration in tourism, culture, investment, and creative industries.

Pop-up Souvenir Shops
